Our Core Workshop is a 4-day immersive retreat-like experience that will help you to energize your clinical work, find joy and resilience, and address burnout and moral distress. Through honing self-awareness, deep listening skills, and compassion, this workshop will help you flourish at work, experience greater well-being, and navigate stressful and demanding situations. Session themes addressed include noticing and awareness, managing conflict, flourishing and resilience, responding to errors, working with suffering, health professional grief and loss, and organizational change
Enrollment is limited to 40 participants. No prior experience is required.

This workshop, developed by physicians to help medical practitioners and educators respond to the erosion of joy in their work, provides an experiential and interactive learning environment. Our approach is evidence based–as it lessens the effects of burnout and improves well-being, engagement with work, and patient-centered compassionate care.
